The investigation into Ghanima's theft of Haya's jewelry on her wedding night continues. Salah insists on escalating the matter to the prosecution, and Ghazi kills his wife, Modi, by electrocuting her.

Haya's mother collapses when she learns that Haya's father has married another woman and stolen his daughter's jewelry. Hussein proposes to Maymouna, but her disability forces him to take it back, and Ghanima is forced to return to their old home.

Ghazi's fingerprinting of Modi before burying her reveals that all her property is transferred to his name. Nasser and his family die while traveling, and Ghanima gives birth to her first child. Maimouna warns Haya that Ghanima is living with Salah in the same house.

Haya is upset that Ghanima is always with Salah and feels jealous. She decides to move to Nasser's house and asks Ghazi to clean it. Ghazi tries to get close to her out of a desire for her money.

Haya asks her mother to host Ghanima in her home, but she refuses. Ghanima thinks about marrying Ghazi, so Haya asks Salah to investigate Ghazi’s family and gather information about him.

Ghazi devises a plan to marry Ghanima, despite Haya's warnings, and Shamaa threatens Ghanima with taking her daughter if she marries.

Ghazi marries Ghanima and tries to convince her to buy land with the money she has. He convinces her to give him a general power of attorney, but the bank employee tries to warn her off.

Ghazi gives Ghanima fake gold, Saud tries to pursue Umm Haya everywhere to reclaim his home, and Ghazi agrees with Shama to report Ghanima for leaving her daughter with the neighbors so she can lose custody.

Ghanima discovers that Ghazi sold her house under the power of attorney, and he tries to commit her to a mental hospital, leaving her young daughter on the street for a car to run over her and get rid of her.

Someone finds Ghanima's daughter on the street and hands her over to the police, strengthening Shama's position to obtain a ruling granting her custody of the child.

Haya tries to convince her mother to return to her father after her divorce. Ghanima considers getting rid of Ghazi by poisoning his food, and the latter recognizes Hessa and devises a plan to seize her money.

Hussein returns to ask to marry Maimouna again after she recovers from her disability. Ghazi files a report against Ghanima for attempting to kill him. Ghazi plans to get rid of her by placing an electrical wire in the bathroom, as he did with his first wife, Modi.

Ghazi is electrocuted instead of Ghanima, and she takes him to the hospital. Then he marries Hessa and refuses to let Ghanima's daughter live back in his house. Maimouna tests Hussein and tells him that she is traveling to Egypt to complete her studies.

Ghazi tries to get rid of Ghanima again, so he puts poison in her food, and Hessa agrees to give up her house to Ghazi and live with him in Ghanima's house.

Ghanima asks Haya to hide the gold in her house. Ghazi puts poison in Ghanima's food, but Hassa eats it and dies. Ghanima is accused of her murder and sentenced to prison.
