While Dr. Badr is celebrating his wedding anniversary with his wife, Salma, he is surprised when she asks for a divorce without giving any reasons. He turns to Asmahan and tells her the story, trying to find a solution to what is happening.

Badr discovers that Salma has filed for a lawsuit to divorce. When he tries to talk to her, she loses consciousness and is taken to the hospital. He discovers that she has cancer and is in advanced stages. On the other hand, Asmahan asks her lover, Abdullah, to stay away from her.

Salma's health deteriorates, Abdullah continues to pursue Asmahan, and Malak meets Badr and expresses her admiration for him.

Badr collapses over Salma's death, and after a while, Atab tries to convince her uncle Badr to overcome his grief and marry Asmahan. Atab is upset by her mother's attempts to pressure her to marry Marwan, her late husband's brother.

In a flashback, Hamad quarrels with his brother Khaled and his sister Asmahan over their father's inheritance division. Asmahan travels to accompany her brother Hamad during his illness, and Atab considers leaving her mother's house.

Hamad dies in the hospital, and Asmahan collapses. Falak is upset by Badr’s interview with journalist Madeleine, and Atab feels relieved when Marwan refuses to proceed with his marriage to her.

Abdullah tries to contact Badr to convince Asmahan to marry him. Atab asks Mahmoud to stay away from her sister, Reem. It becomes clear that Mahmoud has agreed with Umm Abdullah to take revenge on Asmahan's family.

Falak decides to travel to Dubai to be close to Badr. Omar tries to get closer to Asmahan. Mahmoud takes up his job at the hospital and tries to gather information about all the staff. Umm Abdullah vows to take revenge on Khaled, Atab's father.

As Falak tries to find Badr's address in Dubai, Atab decides to work at the hospital, and Abdullah blames his mother for helping his cousin, Mahmoud, work at the hospital.

Badr meets Falak at a party, which ignites the flames of jealousy in Rawida's heart. She quarrels with her and throws her out of the house. It becomes clear that Khaled's family is responsible for Abu Abdullah's death.

Falak is taken to the hospital after losing consciousness at the hotel, and Badr tries to find out what happened to her. At the same time, everyone is surprised by the hospital's systems being hacked by an unknown person, and Badr decides to inform the police. Umm Abdullah insists on meeting Umm Atab.

Badr meets Rawida and blames her for kicking Falak out of the house. Mahmoud tells his aunt, Umm Abdullah, what happened at the hospital. Khaled reads the letter he received from Hamad before his death, in which he tells him that he doubts that his son is still alive.

Umm Abdullah agrees with Mahmoud to get close to Atab and make her fall in love with him after his separation from Reem. At the same time, Badr takes Falak to his family’s home and is surprised by his sister Fatima’s refusal to allow Falak to be there.

Fatima suffers a heart attack and is taken to the hospital. Umm Abdullah asks Mahmoud to get rid of Fatima and kill her, telling him that she is the reason for his mother’s death, but Mahmoud refuses.

Abdullah insists on taking revenge on the Al Omar family, and Mahmoud decides not to complete his aunt's plan to take revenge on them. Badr loses consciousness during Fatima's surgery, and Mahmoud operates in his place, saving Fatima.

Fatima is discharged from the hospital and recovers her health. Reem tries to find out the reason for the hostility between their family and Abu Abdullah. Abdullah posts photos of Asmahan on social media. Reem blames Atab for getting close to Mahmoud, and Falak confesses her love for Badr.

In a flashback, Umm Abdullah tries to hand her nephew over to his father, Hamad, but Abu Hamad refuses and throws her out. Atab asks Mahmoud to help her discover who hacked Asmahan's phone, and Umm Abdullah advises her son to get a job at Al Omar's company.

Badr remembers his first wife and celebrates her birthday. Umm Abdullah asks her son to search for some of his father's files at the company. Badr suspects Mahmoud's involvement in the hospital system hack and confronts him with that.

Atab blames Mahmoud for resigning from his job at the hospital, Badr asks him to return to work, Umm Abdullah tells Khaled about the death of her niece’s son two weeks after his birth, and Omar’s relationship with Asmahan grows stronger.

Abdullah continues searching the company files for any information that might lead him to what happened to his father. As Fatima suffers a health crisis and is taken to the hospital, Badr operates on her, linking what happened to her to Falak’s visit.

When Reem finds a letter from Abu Abdullah, she tries to lure her father into finding out the reason for the enmity between them. On the other hand, Mahmoud tries to prevent Abdullah from completing his plan to take revenge on the Al Omar family.

Umm Abdullah is transferred to the hospital, and Badr warns Atab about Mahmoud, who prevents his aunt from trying to kill Fatima in the hospital. At the same time, Badr discovers his illness and tells Rawida about it, asking her not to tell anyone in his family.

Mahmoud tries to understand Atab's feelings towards him, and Badr decides to stay away from Falak due to his health condition. A flashback reveals that Umm Abdullah is trying to convince her sister to marry Hamad so she can take over all of his family's money.

Reem asks her cousin to keep an eye on Abdullah, and the latter reveals to his mother that his father, Matar, had relinquished his right to the company to Hamad before his death.

Khaled asks Rashid to confirm the death of his brother Hamad, and Mahmoud tells Atab that he asked Badr to propose to her.

Reem gets angry and confronts Atab about her relationship with Mahmoud, who gets into a fight with Badr and kicks him out of the hospital. Reem tells her father what Abdullah is doing at the company.

Badr is transferred to intensive care due to his deteriorating condition. Khaled reprimands his daughter, Atab, for her relationship with Mahmoud. Abdullah succeeds in separating Omar and Asmahan.

As Falak tells Rowida of her decision to return to London, Reem asks security to arrest Abdullah and kick him out of the company, and Khaled and Asmahan undergo medical tests to donate a kidney to Badr.

Abdullah tries to run over Asmahan with his car, and Omar is injured and taken to the hospital. Mahmoud discovers Umm Abdullah's relationship with Dr. Gebran.

Umm Abdullah tells Mahmoud that Abu Khaled is the one who killed his mother in the hospital, and that Gebran loves her. Rashid reveals to Khaled that Hamad’s son is still alive and is Mahmoud. It becomes clear that Nurse Shams killed Umm Mahmoud in revenge, and Badr dies.
