A tragic leader, Einar, controls the village and the peasants, and seeks to save his son by obtaining a heart for surgery. However, he takes advantage of Shahid's son's illness, who is in the hospital after being shot by a stray bullet, and resorts to all means of enticement and threats to obtain the heart. With Shahid submitting under pressure, the tragedy ends in the hospital.
