Three fantastical tales explore supernatural phenomena. In the first, an ugly woman dons a beautiful mask to win the heart of a man who has never noticed her before. In the second, a fortune teller tells a wealthy man he will kill someone. In the third, a tightrope walker is haunted by a recurring dream of falling during his performance, and in the same dream, a beautiful girl appears whom he recognizes. Dreams and reality intertwine in a mysterious and intriguing puzzle.
