Yesterday evening, Amer Monib’s funeral was held at The Police Mosque in Salah Salem. The evening witnessed the attendance of many politicians such as Amr Moussa, possible...Read more presidential candidate as well as Essam Sharaf the ex Prime Minister. Some of the actors present at the funeral were; legendary Adel Imam and his son director Ramy Imam as well as actors Ahmed El Sakka, Mohamed Henaidy, Hani Salama, Hani Ramzy and Hussein Fahmy and script writer Medhat El Adl.As for the singers who were present offering condolences to Amer’s brother Gamal, there was Mohamed Fouad, Hesham Abbas, Mohamed Mohy, Ihab Tawfik, Mustafa Amar, Khaled Selim, Luay, medhat Saleh, Ramy Sabry, Khaled Agag, Hakeem, Hani Shaker, Mohamed El Helw, Mohamed Hamaky and Essam Karika. There was also the director of the Musician’s Union Iman El Bahr Darwish,musician Nader Nour, sound engineer Yasser Anwar, producer Mohsen Gaber. As well as media celebrities Tarek Nour and Mahmoud Sultan.The funeral also included some female artists such as Angham, Ghada Adel, Nadia Mustafa, Fayrooz, Arkan Fouad, Dalia El Behairy, Nelly Karim, Youssra and Shahira. Amer Monib died at 48, at Dar E Fouad Hospital in 6th of October city, after struggling with cancer.
