A Sci-Fi that talks about a civil war vet "John Carter" who is transplanted in Mars after discovering life there. John is imprisoned by the Martians and then manages to escape and becomes engaged in a cosmic chase. The film's premier was yesterday, 22 February, in Los Angeles where the cast and director attended. With a budget of almost 250 million dollars, the sci-fi will be officially opened in the USA on 9 March and it stars Taylor Kitsch, Willem Dafoe, Helen Mirren, Bryan Cranston and Dominic West.
