He was born in Sayeda Zeinab in 1944. He studied in the High Institute of Cinema in Cairo in the editing department before he moved to the directing department, from which he graduated. Mohsen Zayed is one of the best directors to adapt the novels of Nobel laureate Naguib Mahfouz to screen. |
