An Egyptian actor known as "Abu Lahab of the Egyptian Cinema". He was born in 1910, in Beheira Governorate. He moved to Cairo to study there at Cairo University. In 1956, he had his debut through the director, Mohammad Karim, who gave him a role in the movie Dalilah, with Abdel Halim Hafez. He's known for by I Love This Man (1962) and Secret of the Runaway (1963). He also worked as a radio actor and excelled in religious roles. |
