Christina Aziz |
An Egyptian poet, who was born in Arabet Abu Dahab, Sohag Governorate, in 1916. He memorized the Holy Qur’an, moved to Cairo after obtaining the preparatory certificate, and joined the Saidia School. He worked as an employee in the Egyptian National Railways and was a special delegate for president Gamal Abdel Nasser. He wrote the lyrics for the songs in Everybody Is Singing (1947) and Father Amin (1950). He died in 1991 in Alexandria. |
