Abdel Moneim Kamel was born in Cairo. He graduated from the Academy of Arts in Cairo, obtained a doctorate in ballet from Moscow, and became a principal dancer in the Cairo Opera Ballet Company. He directed many classical ballets, worked as a consultant at the Egyptian Opera House, and directed the opera Aida in the years 1998, 1999, 2002. |
