An Algerian actor, born in Algiers in 1933. His artistic career began in 1950 when he joined the Algerian theater. He made his debut in cinema during the seventies, where he participated in the Algerian film The Escape Of Hassan Al-Tayro (1974), then in the movie Chronicle of the Years of Fire, the following year. He had many roles inside and outside Algeria, where he participated in several Egyptian works, including The Return of the Prodigal Son, and Bloody Destinies. One of his most prominent roles is also in the series The Player (2004). He passed away in 2015 after suffering a heart attack.
