An Egyptian director, born on May 8, 1927. He began his career as an assistant director in the 1949 movie The Flirtation of Girls, and later became first assistant. He worked with many notable directors, including Mahmoud Zou El Faqqar, and Henry Barakat. His directorial work includes the movie Men Don't Marry Beautiful Women.
