A make-up artist, who worked for 50 years in the Egyptian cinema, where he began his career as a make-up assistant in the early fifties and participated in several films, most notably You Are My Love (1957), and The Sin (1965), then in the mid-sixties he began working as a makeup artist in many films, most notably The Mummy (1969) and Sunstroke (1980), and in the 1990s he devoted himself to working in the films of the star Adel Imam and appeared with him as an actor in the film Sweet Oblivion (1996).
