A Syrian actress who was born in Damascus. She studied theater at the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts in Cairo. She joined the official national troupe, which became known as the National Theatre, and joined the Artists Syndicate in 1968. The most important roles in which she participated in the cinema are in Rumor, Lovers, and The Sun on a Cloudy Day. On television, she participated in Waiting, Al-Jalali's Legacy, Umm Afaf, and The Return of Ghawar: the Friends. |
