Latifa Amin is an Egyptian actress whose artistic activity was restricted during the 1940s and played supporting roles, mostly the role of the working-class mother, the midwife and the huckster. She was also a member of the Ramses Theatrical Troupe. She is best known for her roles in The Victory of Youth (1941), and Daughter of the Nobles (1942), in addition to her outstanding role in The Angel of Mercy (1946) with Youssef Wahbi and Faten Hamama. |
