An Egyptian director, writer and producer. He founded in the beginning of 1945 a weekly art magazine called "The Cinema", and was its editor-in-chief. He tried hard to give the artistic value to cinematic criticism. He directed the movie Nagaf (1946). He died on March 9, 1983. |
