He was an Iraqi director and sound engineer, born in Baghdad in 1927. He is considered one of the first pioneers in sound engineering in Iraq, and he has made several contributions to Egyptian cinema. where he provided the sound engineering for the movies Layla, Daughter of the Rich (1947), and Treachery and Agony (1947). He died in 1988.
