Tarek Sharkawy	Ahmed Maher is an Egyptian actor, who was born in Boulaq in 1946. He received a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Theatrical Arts in 1973. Maher worked mostly in theater and television. He started on theaters of youth centers and public culture foundations. Among his most popular theatrical works are Married People and, A Very Entertaining Vacation. On television, Ahmed Maher was best known for his depiction of historical characters, in major hits like The Knights, and The Heroes, and the famous eponymous espionage series Raafat El Haggan.
