He is a Morrocan director and actor, born in Taza in 1939. He graduated from the Institute of Higher Studies in Cinema in Paris in 1959 with a diploma in cinematography. Since joining in 1960 as an employee in Centre Cinématographique Marocain, he started shooting and directing many short and long films, most notably For a Living. Zerouali is best known for his roles in Cloudy Eyes (2019) and Hadidan and the Daughter of El Harraz (2021). |
