An Egyptian monologist, born in Nubia. He started his life at Al-Barir school and left school due to a financial crisis that hit his father and worked in a law firm. His career began in silent cinema with the movie The Smiling Sea (1928). He worked in many troupes, such as Amin Sedqey, Badiaa Masabny, and El Kassar. He traveled to Cairo and worked with Naguib El Rehany in the plays The World Is on Tipping Point, and When Life Smiles. He died on 12 July 1981.
