Born on May 5, 1927, he obtained a diploma from the Technical Center for Cinema, Department of Script and Directing in 1954. He worked the beginning of his artistic life as an assistant director with Ahmed Galal since 1949. He wrote for radio, television and theater. He participated in many films and also made a number of documentaries, the first of which was The Land for the Farmer in 1966. He's known for The Testimony of a Madman (1978). |
