An Algerian actress. In the eighties she appeared in a number of films and television series, which established her fame at that period, and all her works were in Egypt. In the nineties, she quietly retired from acting. Among her credits are Sparrow of Fire (1987), Soft Life, (2010), Waves and Rocks, (1986), and The Nerd (1991). She died on 20 August 2011 after falling from the top of her apartment while cleaning the air conditioner in her house. There was a rumor that she committed suicide, but her husband denied it.
