Maryam Nouhy |
Egyptian author and writer born in Cairo in 1935. She graduated from the faculty of Arts, Cairo university with a degree in Journalism. She worked in several newspapers and magazines including Sabah El Kheir and Rose Al Youssef. She has many writings that were adapted into films including One Smile Is Enough (1978) which was adapted from her story "Day After Day". She was honored by the Egyptian Journalists Syndicate in 1987. |
