An Egyptian actor, born in Alexandria. He studied law, then joined the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts, and initially played several small roles, including in the movie The Sword’s Edge, and in the series Ghawayesh, which were followed with many notable roles in series such as El Helmiya Nights, El Mawardy Street, Arabesque, and Umm Kulthum. He appeared in the series The Brotherhood S2, where he played the character of Mohamed Naguib, the first president of Egypt, and before that he worked with Adel Imam in two series; His Excellency (2014), and Professor and Head of Department (2015). His films include Omar’s Journey, Jail Cell, and Fat Cats.
