Jaafar Ali was born in Baghdad in 1933. He graduated from the College of Arts at the University of Baghdad in 1956 with a BA in English Literature. He joined the American University of Iowa and graduated in 1961 with an MA in film and television studies. He became a voice teacher at the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad. He worked as an acting teacher at the College of Fine Arts. He worked on the movies Clash of Loyalties (1982), Bird of the Sun [1991), and King Ghazi (1993) |
