An Egyptian writer of children's literature. She won the Children's Literature Award for the Egyptian Council on Children's Books 1993. She is a presenter of children's programs on television, and expert in illustrations and storytelling. She has published several books, including: 12 books from the “Make Your Own” series, from the Library of Egypt and from the Egyptian House of Knowledge. Among her works as an author and director of the movie The Box of Life in 2002.
