An Egyptian writer, born January 1, 1937. She received a BA in English literature from the American College for Girls, and graduate studies in English literature from the American University. She worked as a visiting professor at the University of Illinois in the United States in 1961. She also has translated stories from world literature. She represented Egypt in many international conferences, and received the first prizes from the Language Academy in 1954 and certificates of appreciation from the Syndicate of Journalists and the Ministry of Culture. One of her artworks is TV Evening This Girl is Wonderful.
