He is an Egyptian writer and director who had won the National Theater Festival's best director prize in 2018 for his play, Snow White. He collaborated with comedian Sameh Hussein in a a number of series, including Abouda Is a Trademark (2009), and The Thief and the Book (2010). He also worked with poet Khaled Al Shaibany in many works, including the play I'm the President (2015), and the TV series Protector & Thief (2013).
