An Egyptian filmmaker who started as a professional photographer and then studied directing and screenwriting. He participated as a member of the jury of Avenue Film Festival in France, where his film won Best Film the previous year. He also worked as an assistant director in many feature films with leading directors, most notably Raafat El Mihi. His three short films have achieved numerous local and international accolades in directing, cinematography, and screenwriting.
