He began acting at the King Abdulaziz University theater in Jeddah in 1987, in the same year, he appeared in the TV special The Fingerprints of Illusion. He joined the Culture...Read more and Arts Society in Jeddah in 1990, and formed a theater group with his colleagues in the same year, which turned into a small production company. His credits include Days and Nights (2011), Hope and Pain (2001) and multiple seasons of Tales of Baba Farhan.

  • The short film he wrote entitled National Dialogue (2016), won the Best Screenplay Award at the Youth Film Festival in its second session, which was held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, under the auspices of the General Presidency for Youth Welfare. The film also won the Silver Award from the Gulf Radio and Television Festival.
  • His series Days and Nights (2011) won the Gold Award at the Gulf Radio and Television Festival.
