Maryam Nouhy |
A Jordanian director born in Amman in 1954. He obtained a BA in film directing from the High Cinema Institute in Cairo in 1977. He worked as a director in Jordanian television from 1977 to 1982. He also worked for a while in Syrian television. He was a member of the Jordanian Artists Syndicate. He directed the film The Dawn of the Free (1986) that talks about King Hussein of Jordan. Some of his credits include Blessing Days (1987) and Wildflower (2009). He died in Cairo on 12 January 2014. |
