An Iraqi journalist and writer who began his career in the early seventies. He held several journalistic positions as editor-in-chief in the Iraqi media until 2003. He became an active member of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate in the seventies and a member of the Union of Writers and Writers in Iraq in the mid-eighties.
He worked in the Ministry of Culture after 2003 as a senior research head and an assistant director general. He worked as a weekly columnist in the ministry's weekly newspaper, Cultural Trend, and a deputy editor-in-chief in one of its magazines. He became a columnist in Al Zaman newspaper. He earned a master's degree in public administration in the field of knowledge management from the College of Administration and Economics, University of Baghdad.
He published more than sixty studies on administration and economics that are available on the Internet. He wrote books on knowledge management and strategic management. He won 1st place and received a Certificate of Creativity in the Iraq Continues Creativity competition in the field of studies and research from the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the National Center for the Protection of Copyright and Neighboring Rights. He is known for the series Fiddling of Tears.
