A Syrian actor of Palestinian origin, born in 1946 in Ijzim, Haifa, Palestine. He was displaced with his family from his hometown when he was only two years old as a result of the massacres committed by Zionist gangs in 1948. He settled with his family in Jenin before he was...Read more displaced again to Syria, where he remained there until he passed away. Since 1971, he participated in various theatrical festivals, including the university theater. He also participated in the works of the National Theater, in addition to most of the theatrical works in the Quneitra Theater troupe, which was founded by Zinati Qudsia. He was considered one of the founders of the Palestinian National Theater troupe and played important roles in this theater. Some of his credits are Alebba Procession (2005), The Lost (2004) and Palestinian Expatriation (2004).
