Saudi actor born in 1946 in Mecca. He grew up in Riyadh and received a BA in theater from Florida State University in 1980. By 1982, the Saudi Television had been inaugurated and he was one of the very first actors to appear on it. He also appeared on several stage productions at the time as he was manager of the Performing Arts Committee at the Saudi Arab Society for Culture and Arts. His most notable works include That's the Meaning of Life (1966), The Sword (1985), and The Battle of the Bridge. He has a daughter and four sons.
