A Syrian director, who graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus, Department of Dramatic Studies, in 1994. He worked as an assistant director for Samy Janadi in his series Escape (2001) and The Mountain's Maiden (2004). He also worked as an assistant director for Hatem Ali in his series The Falcon of Quraysh (2002). He directed the controversial historical TV series Al Hassan and Al Hussein, which was shot between 2009 to 2011, as it faced many production and marketing problems due to its controversial subject.
