    An Iraqi actor, born in the Bab al-Sheikh area, Baghdad, in 1923. His name was linked with the beginnings of the establishment of the Republic of Iraq Television in 1956. In the same year, he joined the Folk Theater Troupe and performed with it the play He Wants to Live. Among his credits are Ibn Haran (1990), The Lover (1985) and The Cart and the Horse (1989).
