A Saudi writer and playwright. He holds a master's degree in print journalism from California State University in 1985. He worked as a lecturer in the media department at King Saud University in Riyadh. He wrote for more than 30 years, and has done a lot of television work. He had published four books, three on theater and criticism, and the fourth was a novel. He wrote 45 plays and two series. He evaluated and implemented many television works, and wrote many documentaries and light commercials for television and radio, and drama programs, including the play "Salloum's Dreams". He died on July 14, 2018.
