A Jordanian director of Palestinian origin, born in Jaffa. He began working at the Jordanian Television since its establishment in 1967 as a producer and director. He obtained his BA in film directing from the High Cinema Institute in Cairo, as well as a diploma in TV directing from Paris Television in 1970 and another from the High Institute of Art Criticism in Cairo in 1973. He worked in Libya for 3 years then settled in Qatar, where he worked in Qatari and Gulf TV for 20 years. He directed over 20 TV series, including Dana, Fayez El Toush, and Money Talks.
