Egyptian director. She is one of the pioneers of dramatic directing in Egypt and the Middle East. She was born in 1937 in Mansoura. She made her directing debut with the beginning of television in 1960 as an assistant director with the artist Mahmoud Morsi and Nour El Demerdash. She received several awards from the state, including the Republic Medal of the first class, the State Incentive Award and other awards. Among her works: Spark in the clouds (1996), Goodbye, the Best Years of Life (1991) and The Return. |
