She began her career in 2001 with several minor television and film roles, like in the Olsen twins' "Holiday in the Sun," and then Lindsay Lohan's "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" (2004). She got her breakout role in the action franchise "Transformers" (2007), in which she played the bodacious love-interest of co-star Shai LaBeouf. She played the lead role in the racy horror "Jennifer's Body" (2009) opposite Amanda Seyfried. She starred in a few films that flopped and were harshly reviewed before landing a supporting role in "Friends with Kids" (2011), which was a critical success. |
