A Kuwaiti poet and author, born in 1946. He holds a BA in Criticism from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Kuwait. He is the head of the Department of the World Culture magazine in Kuwait. He was a member of the Arab Gulf Theater in 1964, and the Writers Association in 1972. He served as editor-in-chief of Al Bayan magazine, which is issued by the Writers Association. He also supervised the Association of Writers' Exhibition for Books, and published in (Al-Bayan) most of his poems, stories, studies and articles. Among his works: Summer Troubles (play) in 1972 , Destructive (collection of stories) in 1974 and Yellow Street (stories) in 1997.
