An Egyptian actress, born in 1938. One of the pioneers of Egyptian puppetry and one of the prominent signs in this career. She holds a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Decoration, and a Postgraduate Diploma at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1981. She also obtained a certificate of completion of the study mission to Romania at Standrica Theater in 1975. Naglaa joined the puppet theater family in 1963. She participated in many international festivals specialized in the field of children's and puppet theaters in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, the Soviet Union, Poland, Yugoslavia and Austria. She and her husband, the poet Samir Abdel Baqi, they formed a wonderful artistic duo. Where he wrote some plays and songs for children, and she directed them or designed their puppets. Among her works is the movie The Green Sinbad. She passed away on April 22, 2006.
