An Egyptian journalist and radio director. He obtained a BA in English from the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University in 1955. Among his radio dramas: The Crocodile, Biography of Love, and Sayed Darwish. He participated in the meetings of the Arab Radio Union and the meetings of the radio organization of Islamic countries. He represented Egypt in the conferences of the Ministry of Information for Arab and Islamic countries. He received a certificate of appreciation in the media feasts in the years (1984-1985). He also received a certificate of appreciation from the armed forces in 1986 and from the Faculty of Information in 1987. He received an honorary doctorate in media from Pacific University Western in California as one of the preeminent media men in the Middle East.
