A Lebanese actor, who was one of the founders of the farcical theater in Lebanon. He began his career in Egypt with the artist Naguib el-Rihani in the Kishkish Bey plays, then he moved with the French Troupe for French Sailors to more than 18 European countries, and presented his first theatrical work solo in Tunisia. He won many awards for his charitable theatrical works.
He also won the title of Lebanon's Top Comedian for ten years in a row. He participated in many works on stage, television, and radio, and has a single cinematic credit, which is the Film The White Poison. Among his most famous theatrical works is The Blind. He also participated in several television series, such as Those Were the Days (1964). he died on August 2, 1999, after suffering a stroke.
