A plastic artist, born on July 23, 1934. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture in 1957, and joined the family of cartoonists in “Rose El-Youssef” and “Sabah El Kheir” magazines in 1959. He traveled to Italy on a mission to study the art of sculpture. He traveled to Kuwait to participate in editing the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Qabas, then returned in 1973 to Rose Al-Youssef, and in 1980 he moved to Al-Ahram newspaper. A first-class flute player, he also participated in some artworks as a plastic artist. Jordan produced for him a documentary film for his work as one of the most famous caricature artists in the Arab world, and in 1998 the Egyptian TV produced two documentaries about the stages of his artistic life, especially the art of caricature in Egypt. He passed away on February 19, 2013.
