She is an American actress who was born on June 24, 1967 in Colorado, USA. She started acting in the late eighties. She's best known for the medical drama ER (1994-2009), for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award three times. Her other work include Autumn in New York (2000), 54 (1998) and The Stepfather (2009).
