An Egyptian poet, born on November 2, 1961 in Old Cairo district. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Graphic Department. He collaborated with many Egyptian and Arab singers, most notably Amr Diab, Samira Said, Asala, and Angham. He was a jury member in the popular competition program Star Maker, which was broadcast on Egyptian television in the early 2000s.
