Michael John Douglas, better known as Michael Keaton, is an American actor who was born in Corapolis, Pennsylvania on the 5th of September, 1951.
Keaton was raised in a large catholic family and was the youngest of seven children. He attended Montour High School and then studied speech for two years at Kent State.
Michael Keaton (first came to the public’s attention) when he appeared in a variety of comedy titles such as “Beatle Juice” and “Night Shift”. Thereafter, Tim Burton casted him in the leading role of the 1989 blockbuster “Batman” in what was to be a milestone in his career.
More recently, Michael Keaton has played major roles in titles such as “White Noise” and “Jackie Brown” thus becoming one of Hollywood’s recognizable figures.
