A Palestinian musician, born on November 15, 1925, from Jaffa. He worked at the Near East Radio, then moved with his brother, director Salah Badrakhan, to Cairo. He worked as a composer, then worked as director of the Palestine Corner at Voice of the Arabs Radio. He starred in the movie A Dream of a Night directed by his brother Salah Badrakhan in 1949. He composed many anthems of the Palestinian revolution. He died in Cairo, August 29, 2000, at the age of 75. |
