A Palestinian-Jordanian journalist and author of general cultural books, born in Jaffa, Palestine in 1931. He studied primary and part of secondary school in Palestine and completed his secondary education in Lebanon then joined the American University of Beirut to study public administration. He obtained his bachelor's degree in 1953. He met his life partner, Hoda Mustafa Al Shammaa, a student at Beirut College for Women (BCW), and married her in 1958. During the founding of Kuwait TV, he received training in television work between 1962 and 1964 in London, which enabled him to take over the management of various programs on Kuwait TV. He developed the idea of ​​a quiz program to fit the television screen and called it Q & A. The program began broadcasting in 1962 and soon became a huge success. He continued to present it on Arab television screens until 1996. He died in Amman on January 3, 2008.
